Dinner and dance
Dinner will include a garden salad followed by a duel entree of black pepper, blue cheese crusted beef medallion and herb, dijon crusted salmon with a pomegranate demi glazed served with rise pilaf and seasonal vegetables and chocolate-chocolate cake for desert.
Also included: Door prizes with a face value from $25.00 to $500.00 for a total of $2000.00. Party favors, balloon drop&champagne at mad-night.
