Boulder Sports Performance is going into the Year 2010 at Red Rocks!!! This should be a heart-scorching, lung-bursting, high intensity training session, to start off with those New Year Resolutions...oh...and also to have some FUN. Be prepared to have those legs like noodles and sweat drenched on your T-shirts throughout the WHOLE session (90 minutes!!). We are going to focus on stair training as well as some long sustained high heartrate training (which results in a HIGH caloric burn!!!) towards the end of the session. I highly encourage everyone to bring a heartrate monitor to see exactly where you're at (either aerobically or anaerobically). It is also good to see how fast you can bring your heartrate down on the recovery. As a general guideline, the faster you can bring your heartrate down the more in shape you are.
