A Pre-St. Patrick’s Party with Pittsburgh’s premiere Celtic Rock Band, Red Hand Paddy, takes place tonight at the Harp & Fiddle. RHP combines its rock and roll sound with authentic Celtic flavor, with a strong, modern, and upbeat delivery. The band plays a mix of original, traditional, and folk songs, as well as covers from bands like The Saw Doctors, The Pogues, and The Proclaimers.
Red Hand Paddy is comprised of Brian Corr on lead vocals and guitar; Dan Macel on keyboard, accordion and lead vocals, Mike Hegarty on drums and vocals; Stan Brusoski on bass; Chris Marshall on electric guitar and newest member Ryan Macel on tenor banjo.
