Red Barn Radio welcomes renowned Kentucky singer, songwriter, storyteller, and author, Tom T. Hall, and his wife, “Miss” Dixie, at its first 2012 taping, Wednesday, Jan. 4, at ArtsPlace in downtown Lexington. Twice a Grammy Award winner with one of the most recognizable voices in country music, Hall is also a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame. A Viet Nam vet, he has often attributed many of his songs to his experiences while serving in the army and has left a legacy of having one of the most endurable and recognizable voices in country music.

The show marks the beginning of a partnership between Renfro Valley’s Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum and Lexington’s Red Barn Radio. The two organizations are celebrating their tenth anniversaries by joining together to present performances at ArtsPlace in downtown Lexington, featuring local talent and some Hall of Fame inductees.
