Reconnective Yoga will be taught by Kristoffer Nelson and Kelly Woodruff.

Kris Nelson is a certified Anusara Yoga teacher who lives and teaches in Los Angeles, and has taught extensively nationally and internationally.

Kris has distilled over 20 years of practice and study into his spontaneous and
playful teaching of human liberation. He views the yoga room as a transformative
playground that invites exploration and inquiry into the nature of our experience. Kris has worked closely with The Reconnection for the past four years, has been instrumental in developing the Reconnective Yoga program, and teaches classes and workshops at Reconnective Healing seminars throughout the United States.
