We invite you to explore the practice of YOGA and "mindful awareness" for deeper understanding of self-acceptance and self-awareness in our workshop series.

By participating in this unique program, we invite you to practice yoga and delve deeply within. You will learn how to:

Discover your roots and messages contributing to your thought process
Delay impulse control
Enjoy your body
Eat mindfully
Heal negative body image and foster self-acceptance
Avoid using food or starvation to numb painful emotions
Integrate techniques into your daily yoga practice
Bring a mat and towel to practice yoga, dress comfortably.
Bring pen/pencil and paper or journal to take notes.
