Whether your tension simmers under the surface or you break out in rage, anger can be disruptive, intimidating and counterproductive. The good news is, anger can also be controlled and even prevented. In this workshop, we’ll help you learn to effectively respond to anger by first understanding potential sources of anger (stress, anxiety, and low self esteem), then recognizing the associated feelings and developing effective responses. The workshop will focus on relationship-based anger and will include practical exercises to help you identify your anger sources and manage your responses. Through group discussions, we’ll work to identify possible solutions or approaches to effectively deal with specific anger management situations from participant’s own lives.
