Our summer ends like this…

DJ Spun has made an indelible mark on the West Coast scene through his legendary DJ sets and deep, dark house production work. Spun grew up in the San Jose area and began his DJ career playing underground parties in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. Since then, he’s moved to the Easy Coast, where he is the curator of PS1’s Warm Up parties and the head of Rong Music.

In Flagranti is a f*cked up disco-punk mess of a production duo. Sasha Crnobrnja is its New York half. His sets are the pinnacle of all the genres floating around the city right now – post punk, neo-disco, punk funk. No one does it better.

Gypsy Bogdan is king of the vibe. A master track-selector and EQ genius, whether you’re dancing or sitting, you’ll have a smile plastered across your face.

Probus and Justin Carter, residents from Nublu play somewhere in the midst, inspiring the dancefloor scream and shout whether it’s 3am or 9pm.

On the subway: 7 train to Vernon Avenue/Jackson. Walk along Vernon Avenue to Borden Avenue, turn right. Look for signs for Water Taxi Beach.

Or on the bus: B61 and Q103.

From PS1: Walk south on Jackson from PS1 (Take a right with the museum to your back). Right on 51st Ave. Left at 2nd St. Look for signs for Water Taxi beach on your left.
