Join us as we welcome Pushcart Prize nominee Carissa Halston to the Moravian Book Shop on Saturday, July 14, to read from and sign her new novella, The Mere Weight of Words.

The book tells the story of a linguist who grapples with the reinvention of her career after suffering from facial palsy, then the reinvention of herself when faced with the potential loss of her father, from whom she's been estranged for nearly twenty years.
