Re-Discover Yourself March 14, 2011

This is a class from Chilton Hospital's Community Outreach Department, "New Vitality" division for people over the age of 50. There are many options for new retirees such as traveling, volunteering and school. Presenter Enid Topchik, MA, MS, will help attendees explore this stage of life. Discussions will include views on aging, relationships, roles in society and goals for the future. Come share, listen and laugh as you start this new beginning.
