August 22, 11 am, with raw food chef, Sunny Lee Savage.
Our menu will include tabouli salad, raw falafel, hummus
and delicious date walnut treats. You will participate and
taste everything made during the 2 hour class, take home
recipes and learn firsthand the benefits of eating
supercharged, nutritious foods.

Sunny Lee Savage has been preparing raw foods for her family for the past three years. A Flagstaff resident, she works with health challenged and healthy people, teaching the benefits of a raw food diet.
