Ravenswood Wine Lab at Nolita House March 2, 2005

Morgan Peterson, son of the renowned Ravenswood winemaker Joel Peterson, will be conducting an interactive wine lab, sharing several limited production wines from the estate in Sonoma, and talk about growing up in the California wine business.

Guests will compare and contrast five different regional varietals and will be blending their own wines. Accompanying the wines will be three different tapas and artisanal cheese.
