Lady Godiva, a four foot albino alligator named for the white chocolate, visits the Reptile Expo & Sale at Flamingo Gardens on January 16 from 9:30 to 4:30. Extremely rare, albino alligators do not survive to maturity in the wild. Due to a lack of pigment, their scales burn in direct sunlight, and with pink eyes unprotected from the glare, they become blind. The show also includes a display of albino lizards, snakes and frogs.
