Rangashankara Audition Call - Theatre July 22, 2008

Ranga Shankara and Spandana are embarking on the production of a Kannada play that will open at Ranga Shankara's Festival '08 in October-November. The play will be directed by B Jayashri, one of India's seniormost actor-directors. The company needs male and female actors:
Age – between 20 and 40
Substantial experience as stage actors
Trained in Carnatic classical or theatre music
Good diction and fluency in Kannada. Experience in professional theatre will be an added plus. The selected actors will be required to dedicate eight to ten weeks for rehearsals and commit to doing at least 30 shows between Nov '08 and Dec '09.
Tickets B Jayashri will audition the actors at Ranga Shankara on July 27.
