While one honest son, Saburo Naotora Ichimonji, faces his familys wrath for speaking the truth, his two brothers, Taro Takatora chimonji and must be something that has the power to do this. For all of them the meaning of cinema lie beyond the physical frame and Kurosawa is known to have exclaimed In all my films, theres three or maybe four minutes of real cinema!. He also had a clear clinical understanding of the enormous popularity of the medium. While commenting the popularity of the American Westerns he had once said Westerns are liked by everyone.
