The exhibit explores the legend and history of the St. Paul Winter Carnival. See a floor-length ermine coat worn by a Queen of the Snows and a cape and hat of King Boreas. The Vulcan Krewe will be represented as they continue their historic battle to bring warmth back to St. Paul and Ramsey County.
