Raising Arizona - Free "Parking Lot Pictures" Event July 12, 2007

MCASD invites you to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the Museum's free second annual Parking Lot Pictures. Catch the 20th anniversary screening of brothers Joel and Ethan Coen's 1987 film, Raising Arizona, against the ocean backdrop. The Coen Brothers pull out all of the stops in this zany, heart-warming comedy starring Nicolas Cage and Holly Hunter as a pair of would-be kidnappers yearning to become parents. Because this is a Coen Brothers film, you can expect major twists and turns as the surreal comedy morphs into a road movie complete with a cigar-chomping, biker-bounty-hunter-from-hell with a soft spot for cartoons.
