Join us for an afternoon of food tasting and wine as you learn and observe the preparation of the traditional Italian favorite, chicken al Raffaldini vino bianco. This event will be hosted by Chef Tony Costagliola, owner of Amalfi’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in Wilkesboro, NC. Enjoy this opportunity to learn from one of North Carolina’s finest authentic Italian chefs. Price of admission is $35 plus tax per person and includes the demonstration, food sampling, two glasses of wine, and a recipe card.
