The reformed Radio Birdman continue to expand their horizons. Started in 1974, disbanded in 1978 and reunited in 1996, this Australian punk band has delivered a volitile and spirited mix of music, led by Deniz Tek and Aussie surfer-turned-vocalist Rob Younger. Awesome Color are a power trio from Brooklyn but their original and spiritual home is in the mid-west.
