from san diego or new york city, EILEEN MYLES, one of the best-known unofficial poets in America.
Read her weekly blog on art at http://openfordesign.msn.com. In 1992 Eileen conducted an openly female write in campaign for President of the United States. She's toured all over the world and with Sister Spit in '97 and now again this April with Sister Spit: The Next Generation. Sorry, Tree (poems) is out in April from wave books. Eileen lives in SoCal and New York and she teaches mainly at UCSD.

JUSTIN CHIN, author of two poetry collections, Bite Hard and Harmless Medicine, as well as two collections of personal essays, Burdern of Ashes and Mongrel, and a collection of performance texts, Attack of the Man-Eating Lotus Blossoms. The poetry collection Harmless Medicine was a finalist in the Bay Area Book Reviewers Association Awards, and the Publishing Triangle Awards. Justin was born in Malaysia, raised in Singapore and currently lives in San Francisco.
