Quest for Hope May 19, 2007

A scavenger challenge that will put air back in Captain Nemo’s submarine and revive the classic film, 20,000 Leagues under the Sea. Patriots, Pirates and local Heroes will be armed with a remarkable list of activities (and the corresponding points to be awarded for completion of the tasks) and given a small time frame to complete them in, all in a team effort to raise money for the Children’s Cancer Center. The Quest for Hope which includes challenges and tasks at 18 local attractions and famous landmarks in historical Ybor and elite Channelside is sure to be unforgettable. Teams of 5 individuals will embark on an adventure, requesting them to jostle atop bars, haggle patrons at the venues and dive into a treasure trove of excitement, so consider yourself warned, this real world Quest for Hope, scavenger challenge is only for the hardiest, savviest, A-Type philanthropist.
The Quest for Hope, The Ultimate Tampa Bay Scavenger Challenge, starts at 6:00 p.m. at the Channelside and goes until 10:00 pm followed by a fun finish line party. The Quest for Hope Registration deadline is May 15, 2007.
