The first-ever queer punk/alt-rock tour, Queercore Blitz, makes its only DC stop at the Casa del Pueblo United Methodist Church (1459 Columbia Rd. NW), featuring some of the best queercore bands around, including Donna Dresch's (ex-Team Dresch, founder of Chainsaw Records) new band from Portland, OR, as well as BoySkout (San Francisco), Triple Creme (NYC), Gina Young + The Bent (NYC), The Kitty Kill (Boston) and The Dead Betties (NYC).
