Founded in 1985 by four members of the renowned period instrument orchestra Concentus Musicus Wien, the Quatuor Mosaiques has been praised by critics and audiences for their performances and recordings. With a core repertoire in the 18th century, the Quatuor Mosaiques has earned numerous prizes such as the "Diapason d'Or", the "Choc du Monde de la Musique and Gramophone Award.

Much more than an accomplished period-instrument ensemble, Quatuor Mosaïques ranks as one of the finest chamber groups performing before the public today.
