From the Mediterranean to the Barents, and everywhere in between, the Tufts Quarter Past Noon Music Series invites you to take a journey with Performance Faculty member Beth Bahia Cohen as she explores centuries of for solo string instruments that have evolved from a variety of civilizations in that region. From Bach to folk music, and from the bowed tanbur to the viola, this concert is sure to entertain audience members of all backgrounds with its diverse repertoire.
