Mark your calendars for Saturday October 13th.

The CD/DVD release party will coincide with the launch of Epiphyte Records and Pyramind’s grand opening of it’s new facilities at 832 Folsom St.

Doors Open at 8PM.

Drinks and light fare will be served.

Copies of the Test Press SF CD/DVD release will be available for the extra special price of $10.00.

The event will feature performances by Test Press winners: Gravity Terminal w/Peter Thomas, Bender, Audio Angel w/Andrew Phelan and Origami and Vinylrichie.

ABOUT TEST PRESS SF The CD/DVD Release:

Test Press SF is a compilation CD/DVD release of the Test Press 2006 event winners. It is a showcase for the fifteen winners and presents their tracks as they were produced by the artists and producers who created them.

Test Press SF was made possible by Ableton, makers of music software LIVE, The San Francisco Chapter of The National Academy Of Recording Arts And Sciences, Pyramind’s Institute For Advanced Digital Audio Training and Ingrooves.

The Bonus DVD highlights Pyramind’s strong focus on music production education through it’s in house production of the “Hot Tips™” video featuring Test Press winner and Pyramind instructor Timo Preece, AKA Gravity Terminal. Timo presents production tips in Ableton Live featuring his winning track “Mendokusai”. Also included on the bonus DVD are three of the winners Ableton Live session files and a demo version of the Ableton Live Software giving people an opportunity to see first hand how the winning tracks by Gravity Terminal, Bender, and Techture were produced!
