Terms and Conditions:
The Exhibitor agrees to use only the space provided and displays shall not extend beyond the table/booth space provided.The display shall not obstruct the views of other Exhibitors neither shall there be any items that are explosive,inflammable or of a noxious state.
The Exhibitor shall hold Boca Publishing Group Inc. management and staff harmless from any damage or liability arising from injury or damage to the said Exhibitor, his/her agents, servants or employees present at the show. The Exhibitor products and services are displayed at their own risk.
The Exhibitor shall not install, nail, past or constructanything/objects to the walls or floor of the venue and shall be liable for any damages to the property of the venue which was incurred by them at the show.
The Exhibitor may cancel their request to exhibit and receive apartial refundof 50% up to April 1st, 2009. Beyond April1st2009 should the exhibitor for any reason not able to attend the show, they are required to senda delegate to represent their business and display to the show. There will be no cancellation refund after April 1st, 2009.
