Acclaimed stand-up comedian Ben Bailey is the most desired cabbie in New York City and will be parking his taxi while he performs four headlining shows at Comix.
He is the Emmy nominated host of "Cash Cab" and "Cash Cab: After Dark" on the Discovery Channel. He was singled out by publications such as the New York Post, Entertainment Weekly, who put Ben on their MUST LIST in 2006, and People who said "All Hail Cash Cab."
As a stand-up he has been profiled in the New York Times, Maxim, the Associated Press and other publications. He has appeared at the Aspen Comedy Arts Festival, the Edinburgh Festival and the the Masters show at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival. Some television highlights include his own Comedy Central Presents special and performances on The Tonight show with Jay Leno, The World Stands Up, and Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn.
Ben has also guest starred on numerous television shows and films including a featured role in "Spiderman 2," ABC's "The Knights of Prosperity" & "Hope & Faith", NBC's "Law and Order SVU," and Fox's "Mad TV," as well as a recurring role on "One Life to Live."
