An XML UK event.
"'Publishing 2.0' is perhaps as meaningless a buzzword as 'Web 2.0', yet among XML users, publishers are in an unusual position. While they have generally managed to avoid the distractions of the more outlandish XML technologies, and settled on a "sensible subset", this very conservatism risks losing them sight of the benefits to be gained by adopting more innovative practices emerging in the XML community.
This one day conference lines-up a number of acknowledged experts drawn from the publishing and XML standards worlds, and will focus on how some publishers _are_ deriving benefits from innovation, as well as what up-coming technologies and standards are likely to be making an impact in the near future."
