The Comprehensive Plan is Northfifield’s blueprint that guides the City’s policies and decisions about growth, development and land use. Clarifying and updating the 2001 Comprehensive Plan is critical to revising the land development regulations and laws that will shape Northfifield’s land use for years to come.
