Our bodies are regularly communicating with us about our health and our life. Take a moment and observe a young child reacting to something they enjoy or dislike. Their bodies are participating and communicating very clearly with these experiences. Information and insights from their bodies are readily available to children. As we grow up, our culture talks us out of this kind of knowing. Most of us stiffen our bodies and lose touch with this powerful awareness. This class will reconnect you with your body’s wisdom by giving you tools for increasing your body awareness. And body awareness is psychic awareness, also known as clairsentience. The class includes self-touch and body awareness exercises; learn to sense, increase, and move energy in your body; start a body diary; and participate in a ceremony to reclaim your body’s wisdom. You will receive a Hypnosis CD to Listen to the Wisdom of Your Body. Karen Fox is a Reiki Teacher, former Massage Therapist and energy worker, professional psychic, and hypnotherapist. She offers readings at ISIS on Tuesday afternoons. Class size 9 ~ Register in advance ~ Pay at the class. Open to the public. This class is a prerequisite for the Medical Intuitive Readings/Healings class. No prerequisite for this class but Reiki training is recommended.
