Hey everybody, RALLY OUTSIDE OF PALIN'S RALLY IN CARSON Sarah Palin will be coming to the Home Depot Center at Cal State Dominguez HIlls in Carson, CA. Since she is coming to our turf, lets give her a California welcome and show her how we feel. We will have representation form college students, labor unions, community activists, and the california democratic party. Put on your rally gear, grab your bull horns and picket signs and lets get busy! Please forward this event to all of your networks. Bring your friends and family. We will exercise non violence at this rally, but feel free to express yourself. WHERE: Home Depot Center, 18400 Avalon Boulevard, Carson, CA 90747. WHEN: Saturday October 4, 2008 from 11:00am to 2:00 pm HOW: Public parking is available at the Home Depot Center Parking lot

Wish we knew about this sooner, we have a soccer game. I just joined our union and we didn't get notified of this event. I made my own McCain-Palin signs the day she was announced. We just came back from a trip to Alaska and we were just in awe of all-female crews repairing streets and working underground with pipes and cables. I've never seen that with our CalTrans crew. We are so excited, any chance of getting tickets on short notice?
