Promenade of Art Arlington Heights June 25, 2011

Situated in the heart of Arlington Heights, the Promenade of Art returns for its ninth year. Produced in cooperation with the Village of Arlington Heights, this celebrated outdoor festival features the work of 150 juried artists from around the country. Offerings include ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, sculpture, mixed media, paintings, drawings, photography, printmaking, wood and furniture. Festival-goers will have the opportunity to see the masters at work with interactive art demos and booth chats taking place all weekend long! Artists and art lovers unite at this thriving festival!

FREE and open to the public, Promenade of Art Arlington Heights offers guests the opportunity to enjoy and purchase exceptional artwork from celebrated artists from across the country. Throughout the weekend, festival-goers will enjoy live music and a great selection of dining experiences. Activities for kids, including an art scavenger hunt, make the festival a perfect family experience. Make-A-Messterpiece, the ultimate creative studio for children ages 0 – 12, will also be on site encouraging young artists to “Say YES to the MESS!”
