Project Voice January 15, 2012

The Clark Center for the Performing Arts in coordination with La Perla del Mar presents Project Voice on January 15 & 16, 2012. Conceived in 2004, Project VOICE encourages young people to engage with the world around themselves and use Spoken Word Poetry as an instrument through which they can explore and better understand their culture, their society, and ultimately themselves. The Clark Center welcomes the two founders of Project VOICE, Sarah Kay & Phil Kaye, for an inspiring performance of spoken word poetry. A special meet and greet will be held at Gather Wine Bar after the performance for Sponsors and Patrons. Various free workshops will also be held prior to the performance and the next day.
