Join us for our August evening program, where we will host a panel of experienced project practitioners who will share experiences, challenges, and successes that they have had in managing project risks. We will also open up the discussion to a general forum focused on real-world situations that will help you uncover and deal with risks and successfully complete your projects.

The panel will be led by Tom Kendrick, PMP, currently a senior project manager and consultant with Visa Inc. and author of Identifying and Managing Project Risk: Essential Tools for Failure-Proofing Your Project (AMACOM, 2003) and other books on project management. Tom also frequently teaches project management classes for universities and elsewhere.

Other members of the panel include:

Allison Goodman, PMP, a Senior Mobility Platform Project Analyst in the Corporate Program Management Office with Intel Corporation. Allison has an extensive project management background.

Jayleen Rael, PMP, an experienced project and program manager with Hewlett-Packard, currently responsible for ECO Strategy & Planning at HP.

Jennifer Tharp, PMP, President of Mastodon Consulting and a distinguished member of the project management community. Among her diverse consulting clients are Genentech, Shutterfly, and eBay. Jennifer recently served as President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Project Management Institute.

Oliver Gildersleeve, PMP, a contract project manager for a legal software producer (Summation.com), VP for project governance (EPMSolutions.net), and R&D Director (PortaBote.com).
