Description
With this training, you will be able to understand the fundamental concepts of project management. Understand the five project management process groups, and know how to manage projects throughout the project life cycle.
Understand the nine project management knowledge areas.
Understand the inputs, tools & techniques, and outputs of the 42 project management processes.
Create a project management plan based on a project charter and input from stakeholders.
Manage a project team to execute the project management plan, and know how to deal with changes.
Effectively manage project documentation, including lessons learned throughout the project.
Understand how to properly close a project or project phase.
Understand how professional responsibility drives ethical behavior.
