OD projects vary in their intensity of methodologies for implementations. What makes sense in an IT project doesn’t necessarily make sense in a Change Management project. This panel session explores what types of project management methodology make sense for OD professionals when they are planning and implementing OD projects.

This session will be a panel session where at least two project implementation professionals will share their perspectives on this ever timely subject.

Angelo Baratta, PMP CMC, PERFORMANCE innovation

Angelo, with over 25 years of experience, is a multi-disciplinary advisor to world-class international organizations. Mark Skof (PMP, P. Eng)

Over 15 years experience managing functional groups across varying industries (including financial, manufacturing, engineering, communication, utility, and hi-tech).

He is an Electrical Engineer with exceptional PMP Certified Program and Project Management skills demonstrating a long track record of successful solution deliveries. Mark is top ranked in Project Management (98%) at the Masters Degree level. He implements best in class Project Management methodologies.

His experience includes projects that have re-engineered and replaced global processes and systems with improved value and efficiency replacing operational solution handling over $900 million in SW Delivery. He is seasoned in leading business or technical change enabling business preparation for significant regulatory changes. He has experience in both the Open Energy Market for gas and electrical Utilities as well as for BASEL /OSFI Regulatory Risk Management in the financial industry.
Mark is Certified in ITIL service management and Service Essentials and is a qualified PM / BA Instructor with recent engagement at Project World /BA World.
