Overview: This intensive 3-day workshop has a project-based learning approach using adaptable, real-world best practices for experienced professionals. Participants will apply best practices from traditional, agile, and real-world projects using readily available productivity tools that can reduce project costs over 25%. This course is designed to either complement to Project Management Professional (PMP)® Boot Camp or be taken as a standalone course.

Prerequisites: PMP® Boot Camp, Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification or equivalent project management work experience.

Course Content:
This three-day lab based course focuses on team-based project experience. The class exercises incorporate best practice discussions, process tailoring to fit every situation, customized templates, and presentations complete with multiple feedback channels. The real world assignments are designed to bring experienced professionals from any field through at least one full project life cycle.
Teams perform key project processes including creating an integrated project presentation which serves as best practice templates.
