Course description:
Do you have trouble conveying your ideas successfully to supervisors, co-workers, or clients? When English is a second (or third!) language, simply learning how to write business documents is not enough. The challenge is knowing how to express ideas directly and clearly in any business conversation with confidence. In this course, you will learn key strategies for succeeding in both one-on-one conversations as well as in small group discussions. We will also cover techniques for using professional language to communicate your ideas effectively.
