Professional Class: Matthias Sperling February 13, 2007

Matthias's class starts with visualisation and a somatic approach, then aims to bring that awareness into more formal Cunningham and Limón-based work, finally building toward dynamic combinations and travelling work.

Matthias Sperling trained with the Canadian Children's Dance Theatre in Toronto, Canada, and with Transitions Dance Company at Laban. He has been a member of Random Dance since 2001 and previously worked with Matthew Bourne's Adventures in Motion Pictures and Kerry Nicholls Dance Company among others. Most recently, Matthias participated in the Jerwood Bank Project 2006 with Siobhan Davies Dance Company.

Morning professional classes are £5 a session or free to Dance Connect members and take place at Dance City.
