May 17th - Allergies/Inflammation. Talk and program from PMCM's Allergy and Inflammation Team.

July 19th - Hormonal Health.

September 20th - GI Health.

October 18th - Stress and the Holidays.

Time: 5:30-7:30 (5:30-6:00 is healthy snacks and getting acquainted followed by presentation and question and answer session).
