Preston Military Show is the flagship community event for the Army in North West England. It is a FREE ENTRY Open Day, at Fulwood Barracks, offering fun military-themed activities for the whole family.

Join us on Saturday 18th June 2011, at Fulwood Barracks, off Watling Street Road, Preston, PR2 8AA, for a FREE, fun, action-packed afternoon of military activities for the whole family, followed by the early evening grand finale featuring massed Army and cadet bands (performing a ceremony known as 'Beating Retreat'). This brilliant event will celebrate our armed forces and mark the 90th anniversary of the Royal British Legion. Watch impressive displays listen to music from Army and cadet bands, and get up close to some impressive military vehicles. Get involved yourself, with archery, climbing towers, painball ranges, aerial ropeway, boxing, inflatable assault course and go-karts among the many fun activities for you to enjoy.
