The Presidential Memorial Commission (www.presidentialmemorial.org) is sponsoring a ballot initiative for November 2008 to rename the Oceanside Wastewater Treatment Facility the George W Bush Sewage Plant. We think this is an appropriate tribute to a unique American President.
