Barbara Gluck is a fine art photographer and former New York Times photojournalist, who was stationed in Vietnam for four years, at the height of the American conflict there. The intention of much of Barbara's work was to capture the "Pain on the Periphery of the War." A collection of her iconic Vietnam photos has been purchased for the permanent collections of the J.P.Getty Museum in Los Angeles and the Metropolitan Museum and International Center of Photography in New York. Barbara's Light Paintings are a series of fine art photographs that were taken during the 1970's and 80's while she resided in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They were exhibited at the Museum of Fine Arts in Santa Fe and several galleries. Barbara is currently living in Santa Monica, California.
A $5 admission at the door will directly support the Eastern Sierra Land Trust.
