Prepared Childbirth December 5, 2009

This one-day condensed class is intended as a refresher for those mothers-to-be who have previously taken a childbirth education class, whose schedule does not allow for the 4-week series, or who are due to deliver before the end of the next 4-week class. This intensive one-day class concentrates on the labor and birth process and offers a moderate amount of time for practicing relaxation and breathing skills. Lunch is provided for mother and support person. Place: Conference Center
