Pre-Natal Partner Yoga by Candlelight is a fun way to explore movement and yoga
postures as a couple or with a partner/friend. It is about connection, trust,
support, fun, creativity and play. Working with another person and adapting
classic yoga poses to two bodies instead of one enables you to open and
stretcheven more deeply than on your own.It is also a practice
ofgiving and receiving, inhaling and exhaling that will take both
partnersto a newunderstanding of union and bliss!
