Pre-Columbian American Collection March 6, 2010

The centerpiece of this collection is a group of 235 marine animal forms in clay, metal and stone from many cultures of Mexico, Central and South America (The Greaves Collection). In addition, there are Pre-Columbian textiles, a major Olmec jade celt, a Toltec Standard Bearer and a small group of significant Mayan vessels.
