breathing is one of the simplest things in the world. almost no effort is even required to pull breath in and push breath out. yet harnessing its innate power can truly be trans formative to our physical, mental and emotional well-being. in this lecture we will discuss the physical western model of respiration and draw correlations to the energetic body. through discussion and experience of certain pranayama techniques we will explore the diaphragms and granthis (knots), nadis ( energy channels), and bandhas (energy locks). cost: $50.
