This seminar combines the Practical Project Management course work with a workshop on Motivation and Accountability Skills, two of the primary components in the MTM Method. The course work demystifies the life-cycle of a project, focuses on understanding the Project Managers role through that life-cycle. The motivation workshop focuses on motivational concepts, identifies motivational drivers in a project, and methods to motivate appropriately. The accountability workshop highlights the importance of holding project team members accountable. It focuses on establishing and enforcing contracts, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and planning for alternate courses of action that lead to bringing a project to successful completion.
This seminar is suitable for individuals who are in key management positions on projects, whether they are responsible for managing projects, or participating as Sponsors, Beneficiaries, or Suppliers. The seminar parallels the PMI's Project Methodology so that participants can leverage the knowledge, and draw comparisons to their own corporate project methodologies.
