This seminar combines the Practical Management course work with a workshop on Communications, one of the fundamental components in the MTo Method. The course work demystifies the managerial role, focuses on understanding the Managers responsibilities, and reviews the issues that may rise in the pursuit of those responsibilities. The Communication Workshop highlights communication challenges during a project, assesses communication styles, and identifies effective communication methods that help to manage others towards successful completion of their goals.
This seminar is suitable for individuals who are in key management positions for departments that are the recipient of a change. They may be responsible for an operational group, supportingprojects, or participating as a Sponsors, Beneficiaries, or Suppliers in a business process.
