Power Yoga Workshops with Daphnee March 30, 2009

POWER YOGA Workshops will be offered as of Thursday, March 5th 2009 in 3 locations:

1. Prabhat Road / near Income tax Office
2. Koregaon Park / behind German Bakery
3. Pashan Road / at One Life Activity Club

The following workshops will be offered:
Power Yoga – Introductory Workshop
Power Yoga – Introductory Weekend Workshop
Power Yoga – Integration Workshop

The main focus of these workshops is to introduce this Western style of yoga that incorporates the high intensity of postures from Power Yoga, to increase metabolism, stamina and endurance.
